Vibradermabrasion with Laser Technique

Nothing says vibrancy like healthy looking skin. But what can you do if your skin has lost its luster or if lines and wrinkles are slowly becoming prominent features?

VIBRADERM unlike the traditional MICRODERMABRASON process does not use aluminum oxide crystals that blast the skins surface.  Many patients find traditional MICRODERMABRASON techniques to be harsh and irritating to their skin.  The VIBRADERM process does not utilize aluminum oxide crystals or suction.
VIBRADERM technology utilizes paddles covered in abrasive particles that vibrate at extremely high speeds and massage your skin to remove layers of dead and damaged skins cells.  The treatment provides deep exfoliation that encourages the development of new collagen that will give your skin a smoother and healthier look.

A VIBRADERM treatment is painless and many patients describe it as feeling pleasant and relaxing.  VIBRADERM is completely noninvasive and you will experience with no down time after the procedure.

NO PREPARATION or AFTERCARE is needed and makeup and moisturizers can be applied immediately.

Your skin will appear so soft, smooth and polished you won't believe it!

Conditions treated with Vibraderm include:
•Acne Prone Skin
•Acne scaring
•Early signs of aging  -(fine lines and wrinkles)
•Scaring from lesions
•Uneven pigmentation
•Sun damaged and dull skin
•Poor skin texture
•Enlarged pores
•Skin discoloration and age spots
•Keratosis pilaris (arm bumps)
• Blackheads and Whiteheads (Comedones)
• Rough Skin Any Location
• Freckles
• Hyperpigmentation
• Uneven Skin
• Melasma

The Results:
•Reduces inflammation and redness
•Reduces age spots and sun damage
•Reduces uneven pigmentation
•Reduces adult and hormonal acne
•Produces rejuvenating collagen

The number of VIBRADERM treatments and the length of each treatment will vary depending on your specific skin condition.  This therapy is a perfect lunch hour procedure if you need a quick facial “pick me up” without skin irritation or down time.

One of the most exciting uses of VIBRADERM is in total body rejuvenation.  Because of the speed in which this treatment can be accomplished, large areas of your body can be treated in a matter of minutes for better efficacy than lotions and creams.  Elbows and knees can be treated to smooth out the roughness.  The legs, arms and chest can be treated to prepare for a body treatment, to allow a deeper, more even product application.

*Collagen is a protein in your skin that’s abundant when you’re a child and makes skin appear taut and smooth. Collagen production declines as we age, resulting in looser, uneven skin.

Vibraderm in Action

Before And After

What is Vibraderm?
Vibraderm is the next generation of crystal-free dermabrasion using a patented new technology that gently exfoliates without the messy particles.
Vibraderm uses a flat hand-piece covered with abrasive surfaces
couples with "sonic vibration technology" to improve both the texture
and tone of your skin. It can penetrate twice as deep into the dead
skin layers as traditional microdermabrasion--with NO downtime.

What will Vibraderm do for me?
It is an effective and clinically proven method of removing layers of damaged skin tissue, leaving healthier and more radiant skin.  Combined with gentle vibration, these textured paddles stimulate new collagen and fibroblast growth. The increase in collagen growth has the potential for lasting effects of improved skin appearance. Other benefits of VibraDermabrasion include a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles, diminished pore size, reversing excessive dermal dryness or oiliness, uniformity in skin coloration, sun damage and treatment for acne and acne scarring.

Who are the best candidates for Vibradermabrasion?
Vibraderm is safe and effective for all skin types and colors.
Although everyone will notice the polished feel and look of their skin
after a treatment, the best candidates are those with uneven texture,
acne, sun damage, and large pores.

How is the treatment done?

You will relax in a comfortable treatment Bed. Your skin will first
be cleansed, after which the paddle will be gently applied
to the treatment area using high frequency vibration. After the
Vibradermabrasion is completed, a product appropriate to your skin
type will be applied and infused deep into your skin using the soft
plastic side of the paddle.

How long does the treatment take?
The process takes only 20 - 30 minutes and feels like a facial
massage.  It's the perfect lunch hour treatment!

Does it hurt?

Vibraderm is soothing and comfortable.

What do I need to do before a treatment?
Nothing. Your skin will be cleansed during your treatment.
Sunscreen should be applied after the treatment is completed.

What results can I expect?
Unlike traditional microdermabrasion which can cause stinging and
prolonged redness, Vibraderm's gentle technology gives your skin a
soft, polished feel and a bright, radiant look.

Can Vibraderm be used on any other part of the body?
Yes, Vibraderm can smooth and brighten the skin of the face, neck,
chest, back, arms, and legs. It can be used to smooth rough skin on
heels, elbows, and knees.

Can Vibraderm be used with other treatments?

Yes! Vibradermabrasion works well with IPL PhotoFacials, By removing
the stratum corneum, the light penetrates deeper and more evenly
providing for a better photofacial treatment. In addition, Vibraderm
can be done again the week following a IPL PhotoFacial to remove the
"coffee ground" appearance of residual dark spots that are coming
to the surface of the skin.
